In addition, customers can submit a written complaint to all of our branch offices in the operation hour (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm). We will offer a solution to your complaint within two days for a verbal complaint and within 30 days for a written complaint. All claims will be kept confidentially by Active People’s Microfinance Plc.
