1. Deputy HR Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Leading and organizing the talent acquisition process, including recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborate with managers to understand the skills and competencies required for job openings
  • Tracking staff benefit & staff turnover efficiency and prepare the turnover report
  • Reviewing subordinate updates on Organizational Chart
  • Conducting an orientation program & arranging refreshment training
  • Identifying capability gaps in employees and managers and proposing learning, as well as development solutions to close the gaps, drive performance, development, engagement and retention
  • Supporting on the preparation of JD and KPI setup as required
  • Ensuring that the Company is in compliance with all relevant labor laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Assisting Manager on managing and implementing Payroll
  • Managing and organizing employee benefits and compensation
  • Assisting to Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, announcement, instruction and guidelines that align with legal requirements and industry best practices
  • Managing and arranging autonomous regime declared labor inspection through automation system
  • Checking all documents and assisting management to support HR and Admin task effectively
  • Performing other tasks assigned by GA & HR Manager

2. Deputy IT Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring IT Operation Team and support​​​ as requested
  • New Project proposal and study about any upgrade server, systems or network to improve IT productivity
  • New branch set up, install network, internet and computer
  • Supporting operation to buy new computer and other equipment for doing operation
  • Managing Network Infrastructure both LAN & WAN
  • Managing VMware Server System, Create new VM
  • Managing data sharing, setting user Access right for file share and creating network drive share deploy for staffs
  • Restoring and managing data backup by using VEEAM software
  • Configuration NAS storage and share data
  • Managing DNS and Active Directory server, creating new user and remove user
  • Managing Kaspersky antivirus server
  • Managing FortiGate firewall, rule and policy
  • Managing Cisco switch and router
  • Managing Mikrotik router
  • Configuring/ Monitoring VPN IPsec between HO and branch
  • Designing VLAN and Logical IP address for new branches
  • Registering fingerprint for new staffs and downloading records for HR preparing payroll
  • Implementing and managing Ticket System for IT request support
  • Implementing network monitoring tools (Cacti and Nagios)
  • Setting up new internet connection and monitoring
  • Managing web server, MySQL server
  • Performing other relevant duties/tasks/projects as required or assigned by manager


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
  • Minimum 3years experience as System Administrator or network engineer in banking or MFI sector or related field
  • Holding Certification in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware and other industry standard certification is preferable
  • Experience or knowledge of mail hosting and web server hosting
  • Well-understanding in IT networking and server system management and monitoring
  • Having knowledge of any IT standard and IT governance is a plus
  • Self-motivated, patient, and able to work under pressure
  • Having a good relationship and communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Willing to learn new technology and more self-motivation and self-study
  • Having experience in project management skills is a plus
  • Able to work on holiday or weekend or overnight
