Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring IT Operation Team and support Requested
  • New Project proposal and study about any upgrade server, systems or network to improve IT productivity
  • New branch set up, install network, internet and computer
  • Support operation to buy new computer and other equipment for doing operation
  • Manage Network Infrastructure both LAN & WAN
  • Manage VMware Server System, Create new VM
  • Manage Data Share, Set user Access right for file share and create network drive share deploy for staffs
  • Manage data backup and restore by using VEEAM software
  • Configuration NAS storage and share data
  • Manage DNS and Active Directory server, create new user and remove user
  • Manage Kaspersky Antivirus Server
  • Manage FortiGate firewall , Rule and policy
  • Manage Cisco Switch and Router
  • Manage Mikrotik Router
  • Configure VPN IPsec between HO to branch and monitoring
  • Design VLAN and Logical IP address for new branch
  • Register Finger Print new staffs and download record for HR preparing payroll
  • Implement and manage Ticket System for IT request support
  • Implement network monitoring tools (Cacti and Nagios)
  • Set up New internet connection and monitoring
  • Manage web server, MySQL server
  • Perform other duties/tasks/projects relevant as required or assigned by manager


  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field
  • Minimum 3years experience as System Administrator or network Engineer in banking or MFI sector or related field
  • Holding Certified in Microsoft, Cisco, VMware and other industry standard Certification is preferable
  • Experience or Knowledge about mail hosting and web server hosting
  • Well Understanding IT networking and server system management and monitoring
  • Knowledge about any IT standard and IT governance is plus
  • Self-motivated, patient, and able to work under pressure
  • Having a good relational and communication skills
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Willing to learn new technology and more self-motivation and self-study
  • Having experience on project management skills is plus
  • Able to work on Holiday or weekend or overnight
